I am standing up for Malvern Lakes due to these lies about mold and roaches. My husband and I having been living here for 5 months and we have never seen one piece of mold or roach in sight. Everything I wrote about the large garden tub, six closets,etc is true. PLEASE anyone who does not believe this apartment is as luxury as I say it is contact the Property Manager Joan Neal and she will be too happy to give anyone a personal tour of any available apartment. These are high quality apartments you won't find anything better if so name the apartment and location! To the people who claim they have mold: It's just because you don't clean up, you're dirty! If the mold is so bad why haven't you reported Malvern Lakes to the county and broken your lease' So please stop telling these childish lies just because you are miserable!!!!!!!!!
