Maintenance is horrible. He takes one week and some days to fill a order. But yet he's always in the rental office joking around instead of getting his job done. The rent is ridiculous $1025 for 2 bed 2 bath and they went up again. 3rd floor rent is 1145. This is outrageuos. Ever since my family and I moved here we have had trouble with bugs. We put calls in for the exterminator and that takes 2 weeks. And after he exterminates we still have bugs. This is said living in a so called luxury apartment but have to deal bugs and maintenance fix things when he feel like it. Don't move here the other tenants are right the good post is nobody but MANAGEMENT!
