I relocated to this area and had to choose an apartment based on reviews and descriptions I could find on the internet. I was pretty nervous, especially after reading some of these revews, so I wanted to add one. I relocated from another state and the management staff was EXCEPTIONAL at assisting me. I think I spoke to every person from the office and they were all professional and very nice and went out of their way in sending paperwork, calling with updates and doing everything they could to assist our family. When I arrived, I was equally impressed. The apartments are adorable! They're well thought out and there is plenty of space and closet/storage space. Ours has a fireplace and a view. I've had to call maintenance about 3 different issues and every time they were addressed within 3 hours or less, and they weren't even close to emergency requests! It is a quiet, friendly community. There are many families and dogs. Everyone pretty much seems to keep to themselves. The noise seems about the same as any apartment. Of course you can hear the neighbors, but most of the people are pretty quiet anyway. We actually have a couple of loud neighbors, but they're so friendy, it's hard to mind. Coming home to this place feels like a retreat. I hope you'll check it out for yourself. It's a great place for families and I love it so I just wanted to add a comment for anyone else looking for somewhere to live.
