I thought I would add a quick comment to help anyone considering moving to Malvern Lakes. My husband and I moved here (with two small children) from another state. We were a little concerned about the comments on here, but the apartments are great! I hardly ever hear my neighbors and the ones I see are very friendly. It is very quiet here and smaller than some of the huge rental communities, but we really love it! Hope this helps!
