Nice Apartments but too Damn Expensive

I have only been here for a short time, Trash is a very big problem. You pay $10.00 for trash as if they pick up trash, you have to walk to the trash bin, which overflows all the time making the community look like sh--.The late fees are outrages...grace periods could at least be until the 5th of the month. It seems like this community has more pets than the damn zoo. I love dogs, but wow..doo-doo everywhere. Talking about the Gym..small. I just think the money we pay, we are not getting our money worth. Do you agree'''''''
