Not only is the rent and fees outrageous, but we continuously have to replace the food in our fridge. It has been "fixed" four times since January...unfortunately, we have to call the office constantly to even have a work order put in. The last time it stopped working we were told we would have a new one within a week-it's been two months and still no new fridge (not to mention, the service men took our ice maker out when they were working on it and never brought it back)!
So now, once again, our fride doesn't work! We notified the office two weeks ago...still waiting...
