Nice place to live, but little bit expensive

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
We moved into this apt complex last year and so far found no major problems. I read some of the reviews, but things are not that bad. The management staff is good and friendly and most of our complaints were attended immediately.But, I feel that the rents are bit expensive.
