I really like the Manor, it's a nice place here and the people seem to be nice too! I moved in here about 6 months ago and have had few issues. They did switch to a new system which caused some errors in my rent for a few months, but they were all taken care of when I called. They said they were sorry many times it was a bit frustrating receiving notices in the mail, but I could understand I know what it's like to go to something new. The maintenance is okay, they have to come back a few times but I guess it's trial and error. The outside is well lite and I don't get nervous getting home late. They are doing a pool party this month and I know that I am excited.

As far as I can tell the Manor is nice. It's reasonably priced and I feel like I get what I pay for.
