I've lived here for about a year now. I'm not overly impressed with the place. There is usually garbage everywhere, despite the "rule" against leaving garbage out; the pool is never open when you think it should be and times are not posted. There is adequate parking and I've never had much trouble with that, although it can be dark. Kids are usually running all over the place, which can be annoying when they're not well behaved.
