I have lived here for about six months and since I moved in the management has changed. I was so impressed when I first moved in at how kind everyone was and my move went great. Now, things are a little different. The office staff is certainly nice, they just are not organized. They never seem to be on top of things. I have had to call in the same service request three times because they kept forgetting to "put it in the system". I wish they were as efficient as they are nice. I even got two notices of eviction that weren't mine. Talk about scary. But again-it was just a system error. Get it together ladies and then it won't be so bad.

I don't agree, not at all. Go check it out for yourself. The staff is nice I agree with that, but the rest of this is bull ----!

No I agree with the first review. The staff is certainly nice, but really need to be more organized. I was in there one day and saw a negative court action on a tenant just lying out in view, and one tenant came in inquiring about something and they couldn't locate the file. With all the identify theft going around, they should be more careful.

WOW, certainly is nice has been used on another complex's website-people this is another complex in the area talking bad about the staff at the Manor so you will think they are horrible, they probably need to get their reviews up so you think the staff is bad. Also-if there was papers out anywhere it's because it was on their desk. And with identify theft you need a little more then a name smart one!

I have had no problems in the office. Yes, like Sarahsopinions stated you need a little more then a name. Keepingitreal99 is completly wrong..
