I am in the militray and found the Manor on line. I rented site not seen and was a bit worried as when I googled Fredericksburg apartments I found this site. I read all Reviews and weighed my options. I went for it and have to tell you I am so glad I did. I have been here about 2 months now and found all the negative things said here just aren't correct.

My apartment is nice, I live in the newer phase unlike the other person and LOVE IT. My boyfriend likes it as well. We don't have a pet yet but am excited that they are allow big dogs!

I think the Manor is super and as of right now would recommened it! I see that people reply to things written but I am a true believer that things would have gone bad already. I can't believe that people would come on here and talk bad about anything for any complex. This site is abit annoying I would think for the staff of any complex. However, I knew I had to put my opinions on here just so people who are looking would know the TRUTH. I just want to say Hello to MAMOO who reads these all the time. They live in fredericksburg and work there too!

Just give it some time my friend. You have afterall only been there for two weeks. You will understand soon enough.

So, we should really not take this serious because real people don't listen to LOSERS. Funny this name is used at another complex as well as the Manor. Beware of close complex's coming on here and talking bad about others to lower ratings! I won't mention what complex has used Loserathemanor, but they have a positive review the same day the Manor got a negatve review and their user name was loseratthemanor! Interesting isn't it? I wonder who could have done that?
