I don't expect much since I live in a apartment. Things do happen and well, they fix them. I would recommend the Manor to people who are looking for a descent place to stay. I don't really agree with the stair case thing, because I live near the stairs and don't hear much. Everyonce and awhile a drunk neighbor comes homes home and they might fall, but other then that things are good.

The management is nice, they seem to be always doing something and are available for me when I need to pay my rent. The maintenance are friendly as far as their repair work, on occasion they might need to come back to fix something twice, but I am okay with that no one is perfect.

All and all the Manor is nice and I would recommend it.
