I would recommend the mannor. Its better than most around. The Maintenance workers would often be standing around not doing any thing just rinding in their golf carts or chatting with people in the office while I had a hole in my aprtment the entire time I lived there and it never got fixed they just didnt care no matter how many times I had asked them. Then we had a problem in the master, the toilet was clogged. They had to replace the toilet. well this one was smaller and the floring didnt go under the toilet, it was horrible and pealing.They said that they would come back the next day to put in new flooring but, never came.Also the fan in the bath didnt work. The apt. pools during the summer would get GREEN and feel slimey felling. It wasnt cleaned as often as it should.
