I have lived at the Manor for about two years now and have had mild issues. I too live by the lake like the last review but I have to say I haven't seen any snakes. I don't think managment can control snakes but maybe we could ask' As far as the hole goes, that current nasty manager that the last review stated is the only one who got it fixed. When I said something about it to her, she stated that she had to have the pipe that broke made and that was why it took so long. I had no issues with her. I think the staff is nice and so is the maintenance men. IT might take a few tries to get things done, but like they say trial and error. If it's working when they leave they don't know it's not fixed.

The Manor is nice, my lease is up and I am reneweing. My family loves it here and so do I.
