I lived at the Manor and during that time the air conditioning worked marginally in the master bedroom. I was told by maintainence that 88 degrees was acceptable inside in summer months. If I turned the thermostat lower the rest of the apartment was like an ice box. Only when I went to complain for the 5th time and threatened to move did they install a window unit in the bedroom and then came back unannounced and removed it in early Sept.
Also when I moved out they alleged that there was something broken and one spot on the carpet, kept the $150 dep and billed an addl amount. I spoke the the Manager and he was supposed to check out a couple things and call me but later refused to call me back. They immediately instead of talking with me sent this to a collection agency who started threatening to put this on my credit. They're very hard to deal with.
This apartment complex is poorly managed and maintained
