We moved in last year even though they were higher in rice than other apt buildings with the prmise of maintenace free apts. Which I guess is true if they meant absolutely NO follow through from the maintenace dept. I was 8 months pregnant and the AC wasn't fixed for almost 2 weeks, not until we brought up the clause in the lease that would allow us to terminate it. We've had various other problems which they say they can't do anything with, carpet tacks that are sticking your feet, more AC problems, a dishwasher that is on recall because it can catch fire (has been on recall for 6 months now). The office has not been helpful either they put our payments in other peoples accounts even though our checks were clearly labeled, and we got a citation to go to court over it until we could get them to clear it up. Needless to say I have been terribly disappointed with the service here, not to mention the awful parking situation.

5yrs says it all. 5yrs and numerous instances of all complaints listed in this review plus a few others. Bottom line is, if you want the least expensive non-Section 8 housing in the area that's convenient to the highway, this is the place. But... you'll get what you pay for. High office turnover, and lousy office service. Unless they fixed it, poor heat and air conditioning, the insulation is marginal at best. They had to do a complex wide overhaul because the airhandling units they installed originally were underrated, maintenance intensive and installed without adult supervision. Office service is poor because the office is charged with minimizing expense, when they actually assign a decent maintenance man he tends to be conscientous and sympathetic. The only office service thats timely is the late notices on the 3rd of the month because the flip side of minimizing expense is maximizing revenue... When late penalties are 10% vs a flat fee and area housing costs (translate annual rent escalations) escalate double digits, late penalties are free revenue... since they surely cover the cost of a 10yr old mortgage.
