I lived at Manor at England Run for one year and recently moved out. It's kind of like living in a townhouse community. There are newer models and older models, I lived in the newer model apartments (I think its call phase 3). The apartments have a nice layout and are clean and spacious. I didn't have any major rodent or insect problems, although I did ocasionally see roaches and other small bugs. All apartments have a balcony, washer and dryer and a dishwasher. There is ample parking for you and for your guests. Neighbors are generally nice. There is a Blooms grocery store 1 minute away, and there is a really nice Egyptian restaurant called Kabob City that is 3 minutes away, plus a bunch of other restaurants and businesses are minutes away. I lived in a 1 bedroom and was able to negotiate my price down to $850 per month. For the price I think it was a great deal.
