Don't count on the Apartment people to take care of any problems cause they pretty much tell you to take care of things yourself. This place is horriable. The dumpster is always overflowing with trash. Place looks like a Junk Yard. Neighbor's can't mind there bussiness. Walls are thin. They should not even be in the bussiness of renting apartments.

Sounds to me like you should get a house if you do not want to hear ANYTHING! I recently moved out (moving to Hampton Roads area) and the property seemed like it was always well kept when I lived there.

We lived there 2 about a year ago.. management talks about the tenants and yes garbage always was overflowing especially on weekends and then in summer they let all kinds of kids in pool under age of 14 without parents

Katsr's rebuttal's regarding the dumpster issue smacks of management propaganda and denial. Management should register a complaint with the storage place down the street, and provide better monitoring of the dumpsters use and trespassing and illegal dumping charges for violators. When tenants pay a monthly $10 surcharge apiece (x300 units) for dumpster service ... compared to $20 service in a single family home development they expect service. So I would invite katsr, speaking for the Manor's management to "Get over it". Two sheets of drywall between two apartments violates the nationally recognized Uniform Building Code. Adjoining building walls require steel framing, insulation and green board drywall to ensure a one hour fire rating, revealing katsr's frustrated ignorance.

The only problem with the dumpsters in this complex is that people who don't live here dump stuff in them, which the management has no control over. The storage place down the street uses our dumpsters to empty storage units that haven't been paid for. Extra dumpsters are delivered to accommodate 3 day weekends. Those of you who think the walls are too thin have never lived in California where there is nothing but 2 sheets of drywall between the apartments. There is no insulation because they don't think they need any for weather purposes. Then when they rent to people who illegally move 12 people into a 2 bedroom apt. THEN you have noise. Get over it.
