I have been a resident here and let me tell you. Once they get you in here, they treat you like dirt. Raise the rent as much as they are allowed, and staff especially ------is nasty as she wants to be! The noise levels of the children screaming is a nightmare and no one says anything to them but let your TV be up just a little and watch someone knock on your door and say something! One of the worse communities ever! Watch out before you sign anything here! I am anticipating my lease date to be up!

I have to agree that ------is very nasty. It's unfortunate because the new management is a lot nicer than the last person. They do not mess around with late rent so make sure you pay on time if you move here.

I agree that the staff (with the exception of -----) is alot more pleasant than the last. But like the old saying ...it only takes one apple to ruin the whole bunch. I hope she doesnt effect everyone else and cause them to turn like her. Time to put an ad in the paper for her position?

I agree with complaint of the rent going up. Especially with the economy the way it is. We loved living here and ------has been great. She is the one we used to deal with the most.We have even consider moving to the Greens along with her. As far as kids. It's a apartment community and kids will make noise. Let kids be kids.
