I am starting my 7th year here and i don't know what all the negative comments made. I have had nothing but cooperation and satisfaction from the management here. Today they just brought me a new washer to replace a broken one. Yes it took a week, but the staff worked it out that I didn't have to pay the laundromat. Want to know how, try talking and having reasonable expectations of the staff, they really do want you be helpful. DHG

Well, I based my comment on how I was treated not anyone else. So, when a staff member calls your cell phone and uses profanity because you parked over the white line or something else that she (Noami) considered out of bounds, then, yes, I am going to write a bad review of the staff!! Nick and Steve seem to be great and yes the service staff is wonderful. But I will not have a fat pig like Noami call ME and use curse words to me! Thank you and have a nice day!
