they are rude and not helpful once they have thier money. they also lie and then deny any prev. conversations

Totally agree, they do lie and deny previous conversations especially when it comes to issues with the apartment that they don't want to spend the time or money to deal with. They will literally pretend when you call them for the hundredth time that they have no idea what you're talking about and hang up on you.
