I lived there for a year and overall, I'd say it was a pretty nice place to live. Of course, you have the same problems you'd have with any apartment, such as noisy neighbors (the ones above us had a pool table) and on the other side of my bedroom wall was the stairwell, which could get pretty loud.

Maintainence was pretty timely, the staff was helpful, and the environment felt safe. My apartment wasn't huge, but decent enough for the Fredericksburg area and for the price.
