This is a very expensive complex, but it seems safe and is fairly quiet. Lots of new families and young people. The apartment is small for the price, but clean and well-kept up. My only complaint is that when I first spoke to the office managers before moving in, I was told that all utilities were included in the price of rent. I wasn't shown the lease until the day before I planned to move in, when furniture had been ordered and my change-of-address cards had gone out. Oops, turns out power and gas aren't included. Overall though, it's been a pleasure living here.
