I currently live here and i dont love it. I like it because it's better then most. If you live here you either 1 can't afford a home or 2 your old. Whats up with the piss poor insulation here' For the few or none that read this take a minute to stop snooping on your neighbor and look at your sliding glass door, or window. How well does your washer or dryer work' I'm sure it still does but not as good as we would like for the money. But it works so we just leave the maint. call for another day. And with the exception of one person does our maintenance staff know more then "hi" or "buddy"' My 2 year old knows more then that. But all in all this place is 100 times better then many other out there! Just stop raising the rent! My family likes to eat as well.

What does it matter if a maintenance man speaks English or not? If the job gets done then all is well. Besides, you should check yourself and your own grammar before putting down anyone else.

You sound like a very judgemental person which is not a good thing. You say keep it Scetion 8 free well there are good people out there that just are struggling and have no other choice but to get help with section 8 until they can get on their feet. There are people out there that are good, kind, decent people and still on Section 8. Just because you pay full price for your rent does NOT mean you are any better than anyone else. People need to stop and think before they judge others. Don't down good people just because you see the SECTION 8 in your eyes.
