My family just moved in, and so far, just about everything is great. The good things:
1. Close to a lot of shopping, but far enough away to be quiet.
2. I feel very safe here.
3. Great windows-I get a lot of light in my apt.
4. The kitchen is separated from the living room by a tall bar (I like this...makes it feel more open).
5. New washer, dryer works great.
6. I love being able to walk to my apartment without going up stairs/elevator.
7. Parking is great & there's tons of it.
8. I called with a non-emergency apartment problem, and they were there & fixed it within two days.
The bad things:
1. The trash is really far away (within the parking lot, but I usually drive there. I guess it's good that I can't smell it.)
2. Insulation seems weak. My house is warm overall, but I walk through cold areas/drafts on occasion.
3. There has been a mattress sitting on a stairwell for a week. I should probably call about this, but it's not in my way & I'm curious if management will ever move it.

**Just as an update, I just moved out and it was even easier than moving in. Of all the apartments I've lived in, this is the best by far.
