I like The Mark!! It is quiet and safe. The neighbor hood kids are really helpful. I have lived here now for 2 months, the girls in the office are really sweet, and always going above an beyond to help. The maintenance staff took a few day to get to me however, it was done right so i can't complain. I had problems with poop in front of my building but, several letters have gone out and the problem is getting a lot better. The gym is always empty, but newer equipment would be nice since half the equipment have out of order signs on them. The tanning bed is great and the bulbs always work well. Not too many complaints!! I will be renewing when my 6 months are up!!
