How could this apartment complex be so old and no one has written anything yet. This place should be demolished and some new complex should come in and build a new one. The people who live here are scary, and that's just the neighbors. There are drug deals, cops, and ambulances in the parking lots every night. The rent is rising to compensate for the amount of people leaving the apartments. I moved in at the same time three of my friends moved here. We all had the same apartment and we all had four different prices for rent. Some of us were getting screwed over. They are shady and they lie. Good luck getting in this racist place, if you do, be prepared for splinters in your feet, mold on your bathroom ceiling. Please don't ever look under those panels in the ceiling in your bathrooms. Stay away from your neighbors, if you can!

This is simply not true, there is never a problem with noise and police, infact the police station is across the street and I have lived here for 2 years and NEVER seen even on incident. However across the street is another issue, the old snowden now the commons is a problem. These apartments are clean and well maintained, not to mention all utilities included. There is a different in price depending on what floor you live on, it is cheaper to live on the top floor, but I don't mind paying a little extra $35 dollars for a 2 bedroom to live on the bottom floor. As far as new management, that is not true either, the same man has owned this place since the beginning, it has gone through a few managers though, but I would recommend this place to any one. The only complaint I can tell you is that there is a lot of noise from the hospital like helicopters and sirens from ambulance.

This review must have been posted by someone whom is pissed they got kicked out.. LOL.. I grew up around JM High School this place is never a issue. Hospital is behind them so yeah police and ambulances are around but not here.. just lots of old people... LOL

I have lived there 3 seperate times now. My only issue was with the roaches. Other than that its great. All utilities rolled into 1 payment...cant beat it.
