I've lived at Monticello Square for 15 years and have been comfortable and happy here. The apartments are roomy and the location is convenient to shopping and businesses in the area. The few times I've had to call for maintenance the response has always been prompt (usually the same day) and the problem is resolved without hassle. My neighbors are amiable and the three managers who have been here over the past 15 years have also been amiable and responsive. I don't think you can find a better deal on an apartment in the Fredericksburg area.
