I would have to agree with the other two reviewers. Since I have moved into this dumped (I was also deceived in believing the lies Toni made)I see more cops in front of my building than I do when the President is touring. Every weekend night there is at least (not joking or exxagerating)2-4 police vehicles parked in front of several buildings as if they were searching for a fugitive or breaking up another domestic dispute.

There is no security, the lights outside are always burned out. The lights in the laundry room are burned out and never replaced in a timely, respectable manner.

There is only one washer and one dryer for an apartment complex of 12 unit apartments.

I too have had several...actually many calls to the maintenance crew for repeated repairs. I also notice their maintenance workers change like a change my underwear. Every day I see a new face and the old is no longer around. Do they quit because of the over load of work in maintenance repairs'

My car has been towed a total of 3 times because the towing company, "Patriot Towing" failed to communicate with other drivers on visiters to the apartment complex. Total nightmare and chaos when your car or a friends car has been towed for visiting you!!

The outlet plugs are very old and loose. My light bulbs are always flickering. I have a few outlet plugs I am not using because I get shocked everytime I attempt to plug something in it.

On the lease it states I am allowed to have a pet but "Toni" VERBALLY states I am not allowed one because "new carpeting was installed". But I thought that's where the extra deposit and other fee's come in play'!'

Oh and the insulation......SUCKS.
I mean not only do I hear and able to identify every vehicle that drives away or pulls into the parking lot or just drives by this very, very, very busy, congested street but I am able to hear every single one of my neighbors: talking, having sex, laughing, using the toilet, slamming doors/closet doors, the front door and the worse, running a shower. All this from my bedroom. Pretty, pretty bad.

By all means do not move in here, do not allow "Toni" to bribe you, deceive you and convince you that this apartment is your dream HOME!!
