Not a good choice...

In a way, you get what you pay for, which isn't much and getting worse. The rents keep going up dramatically, but the facilities are not taken care of. For a similar price you can get better apartments that are taken care of, have washers and dryers, and have leasing management who cares. Two of the three women in the office are not pleasant, but the third doesn't make up for the other two. There are only 2 maintenance people for the whole complex, and while they are nice and try hard to get things done, the people in the office do not stay on top of things that need to be fixed. For example, it took me three months to get my air filter changed, which is a 30 second job. when it snows, nothing is plowed, shoveled or salted. The towing company is insane, towing several cars every night of the week, for things like parking ON the white lines. Carpets are dingy, kitchens and appliances are old, and things are outdated. There is always glass and trash laying everywhere and noone cleans it up. I have found that its not the college students who cause the problems here either...its the other residents who play loud music and do not understand the concept of thin walls and neighbors. I can hear the phone ring in the apartment below me.
If you need a place for an okay price, this is a convenient spot, but definitely not a good choice. There are MANY complexes in Fredericksburg, Stafford, and the surrounding areas, and most are much better buy. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
