Not as bad as some want you to think

Snowden Village is not as bad as some want you to believe.
The lease and rules are explained before you move in. It's not hard to follow as long as you were paying attention to what you were signing. The balconies are not storage areas and everyone is told that. Everyone recieved a notice to remove all the junk off the balconies. The notice gave plenty of time to remove it and the consiquences were clear.
Last years snow removal was a challange to the entire city not just Snowden Village. It could have been handled better then it was however people have to remember there was more going on then just snow. No one told the people living here they couldn't help out with the problem. Working with your neighbors and office staff always makes for a better stay. People that believe the snow situation was unbearable have never been north obviously.
We have never had a problem with the maintenance getting done in a timly manor.
There is an onging problem with a few of the teenagers hanging out making noise with other kids. I believe that is pretty much anywhere you live in a complexe. The management can only do so much when the parents don't care what the kids are doing.
Overall this is not such a bad place to live.
