They will lie to you

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
I lived in the complex for one year. I rented the apartment unseen, using only what information I found on the internet. I should have taken the advice given by so many on this website. My maintenance requests went mostly unanswered and when I finally got the maintenance crew into the apartment, they usually tracked mud around. The neighborhood is poor considering the town is quite nice. I had on several occasions awoke in the middle of the night to police lights outside my apartment. Don?t be deterred by income restrictions most tell you about. I had to settle with this place because I made over 30k. The area is growing, and most of the good places are outside the original city limits. This means when you do a search for apartments you miss about 75% of what is actually there. The management is nice up front, they said this and that and backed it up with nothing. Get everything in writing. If you do decided to rent with them, go over there policy on breaking your lease. If they negotiate anything, make sure you get it in writing.
