I've lived here for almost 16 months and my AC has been broken for over 13 of those. Everytime I call the office I get some excuse or other as to why it hasn't been fixed yet. Today is Monday, they supposedly had the part to fix it last week and it never got done, excuses were made and I was told it would be done today. Well, I work nights and fell asleep at 10 this morning and they came after that. The came into the apartment worked while I slept and left. I woke up and my thermostat is set for 50 (the lowest possible setting)and its 80 in here. Yeah , it really got fixed, huh' The ladies( I'm being nice using this word) in the office a rude and bad tempered. It took 4 months to get a new dishwasher and many of the things I was told about my apartment at the lease signing were lies. Unfortunatly when my lease came up in April I couldn't move for various reasons, but my advice is- If you don't already live here in the 10th level of Hell (by that I mean Snowden Village Apartments), don't move here.
