As I sit here , it is about 87 degrees in my home. I have had my AC "repaired" about 5 times in my 3 years of living here. All of the Apartements come with central AC, but my neighbors have actually purchased a window unit AC to keep them cool. Bottom line, you get what you pay for. Rents are below average for this area, and the apartments are pretty big. I don't have any complaints with the grounds, but the parking conditions and the trash removal need great improvement. The pool is great, but the playground is so unsafe that I don't even allow my children to play on it (it is a wooden swingset with splinters and broken wood). As for college students, my entire building is full of students, and some can be loud at times, but that is what you can expect living so near the college. In summary, for the price, it's ok. if you can afford a few dollars more, then definitly go for another community. My lease is almost up and I am looking for a new (cooler) home right now.
