Apartment complex under new management, new roof and paint being put on apratments but windows still lack locks, drafty. Heating works great, but need to tape windows to reduec draft. Parking although tenants are suppose to have parking stickers, its not enforced, vistors park in tenants parking instead of vistors parking and management does nothing. Kitchen cabinets are poor quality at best. Maintenance is poor, requires multiple complaints to get things fixed and at least twice before done correctly. Can hear cell phones outside in parking lot even with windows closed up to the third floor. Hopefully with the Police department moving next door to complex the complex may upgrade and become better. Not the worst but far, far away from even being consider top 10. Does allow pets, although the deposit is $400.00 non refundable out of the 600.00 paid $200.00 is normal security deposit. Also monthly fee of 20.00 a month for each pet.

This review is pretty accurate. Parking, getting repairs, old nasty windows that keep YOU spending money on your heat are all terrible. IF you do rent here don't rent a ground level apartment unless you are prepared to live with crickets. Yes, Lake Anna nuked big a@@ crickets. Can not control them and the only response is to send pest control in. It doesn't work. Have told maintenance to seal where they come in, they haven't yet. Unless you have to rent here, you'd be better off moving on to another complex.
