It was a nice quiet area when I moved in. Now I feel like I live in the Ghetto. The newer people that took over after Rachel (the previous manager) left are terrible. I will not be renewing my lease. I used to brag about the place, but now I am sure to tell EVERYONE how horrible it is. The place has REALLY gone downhill in the past few months. And I have made several maintenance requests that have gone unanswered, which that never happened in the past!

I agree with the previous post about stafford lakes apt or should I call this place the ghetto. I have to agree that ever since Rachel got fired from here that this place has gone to hell.
