Well in the 6 months we've lived here, we've had numerous maintenance issues, including 2 leaks, both due to bad maintenance. The pool is nasty, it has a rusty spout that water is coming out of and the pool side chairs are rusty as well. If you don't believe this, take a look for yourself.

It's like pulling teeth to get maintenance to do what needs to be done. And in the mornings their in the office drinking coffee and chatting it up, and several times I've walked in a different times during the day they're always just chatting.

They've made mistakes on lease paper work, and you constantly have to be on them about stuff that they need to do.

Fortunately, we've got good neighbors, that's about the only plus.

Management bascially isn't very good. They say one thing and then a few days later say something else.

Sometimes you're treated like dirt, and both the Management and Staff have a confrontational attitude.

Please NOTE that the bedrooms are very small, and there are no ceiling fixtures for lighting the bedrooms or the living room.

Trust me when I say we will not be leasing here again.
