As a current resident at Steeplechase Apartments all I can say is that I am thrilled to be leaving at the end of my lease. My husband and I rented here for a whole 12 months and neither were the office nor the maintenance staff competent in their job duties or performance. Not only do you have to watch over everything that is printed on your lease(please take time to review your lease before signing!) you have to also demand your right to get any maintenance issues resolved(once again incompetent staffing). We had good neighbors, no theft to speak of, and the pool has been drained due to the winter..... so I can't say that it's clean. Do yourself a favor and shop around before picking this apartment complex to call home.
