I liked this complex when I first moved in. However, after some staff changes I have seen multiple issues. First, the staff is no longer as nice, personable, & curteous as they used to be. Second, they do not seem to care whether they have renters or not. There are units near me that have been empty for 6 months. In addition, the walls are thin: I can hear dogs barking nearby as well as my upstairs neighbor's alarm in the mornings. Moreover, there are some maintenance problems such as using the wrong type of caulk, having the storm windows installed incorrectly, etc. Lastly, the apartments are just too small for the price they are charging.
