Out of the three apartments I have lived in this has definitely been the worst. Not only did they place me in a basement apartment (which I stated I did not want but didn't find out until moving day), but the carpet was soaking wet and moldy, the place had never been cleaned, and the whole placed smelled like a wet sweat sock. Okay, so that was the first day. As time went on, both toilets decided to break, of which they were taken care by the only semi-nice people on the staff. Oh, did I mention the ENORMOUS BUGS! I swear, I saw the larges spiders in my life in that apartment. I asked the front office if they could do something, but in the year I was there nothing was done. Let's just say the front desk staff were a little young and flighty...wouldn't trust them to boil a pot of water. Not only did the rent go up, but trash pick up from the dumpster was rare, and therefore smelly. I like to call it "Trash Hill". Not to mention the poor quality wood used for the structure...I was waiting for the upstairs tenants to come through the floor one day. But the best part of the place (I hope you can detect the sarcasm) was that the wood in the entry way was so molded that it no longer looked like wood. It looked like a creepy swamp and smelled like one too. Oh, and the front office never did anything about it, but I'm sure you saw that coming. So, if you are considering this place after reading this, then please live there and experience it for yourself.
