I will tell you that I have lived here for 7 years and I love this community. It is truly the best in Frederickburg!!! I have rented apartments all over the U.S. and have finally found a place I can truly call "HOME" my husband and I would rather live in an apartment than own a home. The management office has always been helpful. The grounds are beautiful and my apartment is awesome. My neighbor is a police officer and we talk occasionally, he just moved in and loves it here...I asked him how he liked it so far and he told me that from law enforcement view, in all of Fredericksburg this community was the best and I totally agree!!!
