ITs not worth to try this, I moved here 2 months ago, and here are 3 incidents out of many that happened, you make your own decision:
1-My wife saw a snake in front of our apt door, response from Office: ITS A RARE SPECIES, WE CAN NOT DO ANYTHING.
2-We found small snake inside apt on carpet, office response: OH REALLY! WE WILL DO SOME SPRAY, but no one came
3-After little rain my bathroom and kitchen were flooded with rain water, called 3 times to maintenance they said we know its a known problem, we are working on it.
I think that was enough to handle, after paying $1000/month if you get this its better to leave.
