I used to live in brittany commons, the apts are okay, but the staff if absolutely not responsive to complaints!!!! IF you have any complaints, the staff essentially says yes they will do somthing about it, and they don't, a real waste of money in terms of the whole package at brittany commons. If you have any complaints about noise from your neightbors, forgot about the staff wanting to help you, you might as well be counting the days till you can finish off your lease so you can move somewhere else. ( the noise level indicated on the review is referring to brittany commons , not summit belmont)

So, I switched to Summit belmont, the apt was pretty nice and the staff was VERY responsive to any complaints I had.

B/w the 2 I would highly recommend summit belmont over brittany commons.
