This was my first apartment and it has been a less-than-ideal experience. The complex offers several amenities, most of which are out of service. The hot tub was never fixed nor opened and the pool was never cleaned (though it did open). The tennis courts are actually in pretty good shape, but the lights are broken, so you cannot play at night. My biggest problem has been with the staff. We have had problems with literally almost everything in this apartment (including broken washer, dryer, A/C, heat, and refridgerator; mold on walls), but I think that is to be expected. My problem is that the staff consistently took over a week to respond to the problems, and often this took several calls to the get taken care of. The rental staff was consistently friendly on the phone, apologizing and guaranteeing that things would be taken care of promptly, only to repeat this when I called back days later to see why the problem had not been taken care of. Honestly, it is not worth the money to stay here.
