This place has been wonderful! I feel at home here and have been so pleased by the friendliness of the staff. It is a pretty neighborhood and it is full of great people. All of my neighbors have been so kind and caring.
The only issue I have had is with the pool and hot tub. The pool could be taken care of a bit better, and the hot tub did not work all of last summer. The management has been making improvements recently so I would not be surprised if they have cleaned up the pool area by next summer.
Overall though--The Belmont is a great place to live!
