I am trying to find a way out of my lease, they've been telling us the gym is being "updated" for over 6 months now. Nothing had been done. It takes forever for them to come to fix things and they are quick to complain when you aren't paying rent on the first, but they are less than adequate to come help you out with your concerns. The office staff is great, very friendly, but things just don't get done. I am not happy with living here and I will not be renewing my lease. For the amount of money they charge for rent, they should be more on the ball with getting to residents issues. The shrubs are not trimmed and often lay over the walways.
