nothing ever got fixed when we called for repairs. we didnt have AC for most of the summer because it seems like the maintence guys are incompetent when it comes to having to put a new unit in. we always had ants invading everywhere and the office staff was nothing but rude and unhelpful. they lack communication skills because one would tell us something and then minutes later be contradicted by someone else and we would be accused of lying. my roommate and i were both military wives with both of our husbands deployed overseas. we had the neighbors from hell who if you sneezed a little too loudly they'd call the office and that was a noice complaint. if you get 2 complains in a month you are evicted and they do not notify you if you do have noice complains or come to investigate it. when my room mate and i pulled our moving truck up to load things into the apartment, we got a noise complaint right off of loud rap music coming from our apartment when in fact we didnt have anything to listen to music on. we had complains of us stomping on the apartment below us which is a good trick because we were on the very first floor (ground level). they are just plain lazy money hungry liars who only care about how much they can get out of you and nothing about if you are happy there.

Everyone says that they are not the problem... I would not like to be the person living above you, next to you or above you. I am sure that the person complaining made this complaint based upon facts and that both roommates would not make false accusations. Pony up and do not hide behind who you may be related to. I would think that they could prove these accusations in a court of law. Embarrassing for you and your military husbands I would think..

The walls and floors are so thin here, we hear the pet that lives above us scratching itself all the time--and it sounds very loud at night. You can also hear people walking up-and-down the stairs at all hours of the night. I hear my neighbors walking around upstairs, and can hear them using the restroom in the middle of the night. A little bit of sound will carry through this place, and I suspect the people that were reporting you may have just heard another neighbor who probably wasn't even being that loud.
