I have stayed at this place and they absolutely suck!! They over charge and do not take care of the resident. The Saff is rude and thinks they are doing you a favor by renting you the place. My AC unit would not work and when I would complain they would say the unit is fine and does not need to be replaced. it took 3 month and some shouting for them to replace the defective unit.

The water and utility bills are a scam too, they send you bills even after you have moved out of the apartment.

There was a month where they tried to charge me double the rent, I gave them a check and they took out the funds electronically from my bank as well as deposited the check into the bank which got cleared too. They knew they did wrong but choose not to inform me, hoping I dont realize. I recieved my bank statement at the end of the month and had to bring it to their attention.
The Staff gives wrong information and when that person leaves (they change staff often) they take no responsibility of the information given.
They change rules and ignore to inform the residents, when I signed my contact, I worked for their preferred employer and therefore I could break the contract if I was relocated by my company at no cost to me. When I was relocated and gave my one month notice to the management, they refuse to accept it, saying that they changed the rule and that rule is not valid anymore. I had to argue with them that I did not recieve the Addendum to the contract and therefore cannot change the rule.

Even if this is the last place to stay in fredericksburg, DONT STAY HERE.. stay in Stafford or Spotsylania.

I've never heard of a "preferred employer" program that lets a person break the lease. The only people that can break a lease due to being transferred ANYWHERE are solely active military, and I think that's common knowledge. I think it's unfair to down an entire community due to one unpleasant experience. But that's just my thought on the situation.
