I like the open floorplan and the closet space. I like the patio/balcony and the storage closet. I don't like the loud air conditioner that never gets it below 77 degrees, while the main office seems to be nice and cool. I don't like that I put in a work order for several things over a week ago and no one as done anything yet. The staff was pretty disorganized and didn't have several things in order the day we moved in. Also, the condition of the fixtures and cabinets is not that great for what you pay.
