I have been living here going on 3 years now and love it. The complaints that I'm reading happen to all apartment complex's especially the turn over that they have had. It takes time for new management to come in and restructure what was done from the privous management. A complete new staff came in so all is new & in my opinion they are doing an awesome job. Marie is the bomb she bends over backwards to help each & ever resident not only has she helped me but I've witnessed her helping other residents! Noise I have heard on occasion a few party's but it has not been to the point that I have had to call 911. This property from what I'm reading is 20 years old! You can expect things to break be patient your not the only resident here! They do everything by priorty which they should. Do you even know how many units there are here' If it's not a priorty then you just have to wait they will fix what's broken.

The pool has been the greatest part of living here! People will come from other places but admit it not that many...like I said I have been here 3 years and am at the pool daily! I have a lot of other residents that I've know for 3 years who also love this place and are still here going on 3 years! Of coarse the pool gets dirty I have witnessed the lifeguard clean it and a half hour later it's got (LEAFS)in it not dirt! Look around you it's called nature of the trees! I just wanted to say if you're looking for an apartment in Fredericksburg it's a wonderful place to stay. Don't pay attention to the people who have complained on this site because there is always more to the story! Also the people who keep saying the MONEY we pay to live here...HELLLLLLOOOOO not very much compaired to renting across the street or for any house in the city for $1,600.00. PARKING ''''' I have never had ANY trouble with parking! They are working on restructuring the entire place! Ive seen it someone just moved and they gutted the entire place with brand new carpet, wood floors, new appliances & counter tops it's so beautiful. I'm not ashamed to leave my name! :)
